DONATION POLICY
Pricing: Whenever general donations are given for this ministry, will have no suggested minimums - you are free to enter any US$ value in the donation entry box provided. We will suggest minimum donation values ONLY in those cases where we are also offering gifts (CDs, DVDs, written material) to accompany specified levels of donations.
Shipping: Shipping and handling for gifts accompanying specified levels of donations will be explicitly provided for each gift, and will be flat rates in each case, regardless of where in the U.S. these gifts are to be mailed. Your carefully packaged gift(s) will be mailed to the shipping address you provide via standard USPS Media Mail (reaching your address about 4 days from the shipping date).

Delivery: Whenever gifts for specified levels of donations are mentioned on this web site, your gift(s) appropriate to your donation level will be shipped within 7 days of receipt of your donation (check or credit card).
Return/Refund Policy: If you are not satisfied with your gift(s), simply repackage them carefully (to prevent damage in the mail) and return it/them to Crossroad Baptist Church, 6800 Mobile Hwy, Pensacola, FL 32526, for a refund of the US$ value (excluding shipping) of the donation provided for the gift(s).
